www.stoneoven.com The Stone Oven was set up some 20 years ago by Egon and Liane who moved from Germany to the scenic seaside town of Arklow, Co. Wicklow. Today the company produces a range of hand crafted breads produced in a traditional bakery with a stone oven cooker. The company produces a range of Rye and Spelt breads, which are all, lifted with a natural rye sourdough. Wheat free, dairy free, yeast free, suitable for diabetics, no animal fats, only unhydrogenated fats, slow energy release. “ Eat our breads for what they do not contain”.
